The lockbox containing your key is attached to the garbage storage box in the garden. There are five lockboxes arranged vertically. Please use the bottom lockbox (closest to the ground), marked “100D”.and opens with password 1541

Please reset the numbers every time you leaving lockbox unattended, there will be a hefty fine of 100GBP if cleaner will find lockbox open, after you leave

DO NOT TOUCH HEATING TIMER. The instructions below are informational only 

There is a timer to the left of the boiler. If the red light on the timer is on it means it’s working.

The pin has 3 positions. 0 is off.

The middle which has the clock symbol is on the timers settings.

The 1 is constant. Please do not leave it on constant.

You will need to make sure the timers clock is on the correct time of day by turning the arrows clockwise. The little pins will also need to be pushed out to allow the timer to work intermittently. Video is provided below to illustrate this.

Please make sure that settings of boiler or timer are not tampered as this causes issues. If you have any problems with hot water – please message me.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
