🌡️ Heating & Hot Water

The apartment is heated by radiators, and you can easily adjust the temperature using the thermostats.

  • 🌡️ Thermostats: There is one thermostat in the hallway on each floor, allowing you to set a comfortable temperature throughout your stay.

  • 🔧 Boiler Location: The boiler is located in the bathroom cupboard on the first floor. There is no need to adjust or operate the boiler.

🚿 Hot Water

Hot water is available 24/7.

Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to warm up. There is no separate hot water switch or system to turn on. Enjoy your shower or bath as normal.

Heated Towel Rail, The heated towel rail operates in the same way as the other radiators in the apartment and is connected to the central heating system. Please note that the towel rail will only heat up when the heating is switched on. When the heating is turned off, the towel rail will also be off

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
