Heating & Hot Water

The apartment is heated by radiators, which can be controlled using the thermostat.

Guests can adjust the heating temperature as needed using the thermostat located in the apartment.

Hot water is available at all times. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to reach the desired temperature.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
