Heating System and hot water

The house is equipped with a gas boiler, located on the basement  floor outside the kitchen.

Radiators are installed in bedrooms on the first and second floors , while the kitchen, living room , bedroom and bathroom on the basement floor feature underfloor heating for added comfort.

The temperature can be controlled using Nest thermostats, which are installed on each floor, including in the living room, kitchen and bedroom on the lower floor

Additionally, the bathrooms on the first and second floor are equipped with underfloor heating. These are controlled by Warmup thermostats, located on the wall next to the bathroom doors.

Hot water is supplied directly from the gas boiler and is available on demand. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to heat up.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact the host in advance. Where available, late check-out is charged at £30 per additional hour, with 1:00 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before departing, please return the key to the designated Keynest location as instructed. A fee of £100 will apply if the key is not returned correctly.
