When traveling through Dubai area please use your personal car or taxi option, as weather outside can be scorching hot and damage your health, when exposed. Please try not to look for bus or metro station nearby

Your designated parking space is L5 – 42. Watch the video at the bottom of the Check-in section to see how to find it.

CHECK-IN

Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (Dubai time). Path from building entrance, through the lobby and elevator area is seamless and does not require any codes, passwords, or cards. Upon arriving to flat you will see a lockbox, attached to the door with your keys inside, opening code is provided via separate message. Follow the pictures assembly to find your flat through the building maze.

Smart Lock door Operation: To unlock: Press the arrow button to wake up the keypad, enter the code, then press the unlock button. Turn the knob counterclockwise to unlock. Lock doesn’t close automatically so to close the door repeat the same sequence of steps.
To unlock with the RFID blue chip card: Press any button to wake up the keypad, then tap the card as shown in the video.

To enter the parking area, you’ll need a parking card, which opens the gate barrier at the entrance and on the 1st floor.

Guests can temporarily park near the parking gate while picking up the parking card from the apartment.

Laundry room includes a drying rack and a small ladder to help reach the upper kitchen cupboards.
Bed pas compartment for you belongings (briefcases etc)

Gym timing is 6am-10pm access card is needed to enter.
Access all the outdoor amenities with the access card provided (Located on the sixth floor)
Garbage (Rubbish) room is located on the other side of the building near apartment 1601, (on the same floor)

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of 300AED per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
