- Our general waste bin is grey. The neighbour’s bin is black – please do not use the black bin.
- Parking is not included with this property. Guests are responsible for arranging private parking nearby. Please do not park in neighbour’s spaces to avoid fines or inconvenience.

If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
