Camera 

The property is equipped with security cameras connected to the alarm system for safety purposes. These are not continuous CCTV cameras and do not record or take pictures at all times. When the alarm is activated, the system may capture still images only if an alarm is triggered (for example, in the event of an intruder, fire, or smoke). The monitoring team will then coordinate the appropriate emergency response if required.

Please do not close the shutters, cover, tamper with, or obstruct the cameras, as this may prevent the alarm system from functioning correctly in an emergency.

Tampering with or interfering with the exterior cameras may result in additional charges to cover any damage or required servicing.

 

 
Importnat Note

Please ensure the backyard light is switched OFF when not in use, especially before check-out. Leaving the light on may disturb neighbours and has resulted in complaints to the council. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rubbish Disposal
Please use the property bins for all rubbish. The bins should be placed at the entrance of the property on Wednesday night or early Thursday morning for collection.

Importnat Note

Please ensure that diapers (nappies), sanitary pads, and similar hygiene items are not placed directly in any bin without proper wrapping.

All diapers and sanitary products must be:

  • Placed in a sealed bin bag first.
  • Then disposed of in the kitchen bin.
  • The tied bag can then be placed in the green lid bin.

Please note that the council will not collect waste from the green lid bin if loose diapers or sanitary items are found inside.

Improper disposal may result in the bin not being emptied, which can cause inconvenience for future guests.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
