🌡️ Heating & Hot Water

The apartment is equipped with electric heating. Please follow the instructions below to operate the heating in each room.

🛋️ Living Room Heating

  1. Locate the radiator closest to the TV.
  2. Find the On/Off switch on the bottom side of the radiator.
  3. Flick the switch up to turn the heating on.
  4. The radiator will begin heating automatically.

🛏️ Bedroom Heating

  1. Press the On/Off button (bottom right).
  2. Use the Up and Down arrows (top and bottom left) to select your preferred temperature.
  3. Press the Timer button (top right).
  4. Use the Up arrow (top left) to set the heating duration (up to 24 hours).
  5. Press the Timer button again to start the heating.
To turn the bedroom heater off at any time, simply press the On/Off button.

🚿 Hot Water

Hot water is available at all times.

The water heater is located in the laundry room.
Please ensure that the water heater is turned ON to provide hot water throughout your stay.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact the host in advance. Where available, late check-out is charged at £30 per additional hour, with 1:00 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before departing, please return the key to the designated Keynest location as instructed. A fee of £100 will apply if the key is not returned correctly.
