Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (GMT). Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of an early check-in. To access the property:

Locate the correct entrance on the left side of the duplex house, and find the lockbox beneath the bay windows to the right of the door (see photos below)

Unlock the lockbox using code 1956 and take the keys

Close the lockbox back up and scramble the numbers

Enter and enjoy your stay!

There is a carbon monoxide alarm installed on the kitchen ceiling, along with two smoke alarms—one located just outside the kitchen door and another in the upstairs hallway.

A first aid kit can be found in the downstairs cloakroom.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
