Thermostat operation

Heating & Hot Water

The flat is equipped with a gas boiler, which provides both heating and hot water.

The boiler is located in kitchen. The thermostat is located in the  hallway, allowing guests to easily adjust the heating temperature according to their comfort.

Hot water is supplied from the gas boiler and is available on demand. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to heat up

A heated towel rail is linked to the boiler and heating system functions just like the other radiators in the  flat. These rails turn on and off with the  heating

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
