🗑️ Bins & Waste Disposal

Please help us keep the property clean by separating your rubbish correctly:

  • 🍽️ Food Waste: Place in the small grey food waste bin using the dedicated food waste bags.
  • ♻️ Recycling: Place clean recyclables (such as paper, cardboard, plastic and metal) in the clear bags with the orange stripe.
  • 🗑️ General Waste: Place all non-recyclable waste in the black rubbish bags.

🚮 Taking the Bins Out

The communal bins are located at the front of the building inside the dedicated wooden bin storage area.

  • General Waste & Recycling: Dispose of these in the large black bins.
  • Food Waste: Dispose of this in the medium-sized brown food waste bin.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
