The apartment is equipped with a gas boiler, which provides both heating and hot water.

🔥 Heating

  • The boiler and thermostat are located in the kitchen.
  • The boiler switch is next to the boiler on the left-hand side.
  • You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat.
  • The thermostat is mounted on the wall in the living room.

💧 Hot Water

  • Hot water is supplied directly from the gas boiler.
  • It is available on demand.
  • Turn on the hot water tap and wait a few moments for it to heat up.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
