- Please note: The lock on this entrance is currently not working, so you can simply pull the door open without entering the code.
- This entrance also provides access to the staircase and the underground car park.
Entrance B

- Use this entrance if you would like to take the lift to the 2nd floor.
Entrance C (Underground Car Park)
- Access Code: 8391
- Use this entrance if you are arriving via the underground car park.
Step 2: Collect the Keys
The Lockbox is located under the stairs outside Entrance A, as shown in the images.

After collecting the keys, follow the images to reach the apartment from your chosen entrance.

Temperature Control
Heating & Hot Water
The flat is equipped with electric heating and an electric hot water cylinder, which provides hot water throughout the property.
The hot water cylinder is located in the hallway cupboard. Electric radiators are installed in every room and can be adjusted individually for your comfort.
Hot water is supplied from the electric hot water cylinder. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to reach the desired temperature.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
