Window Instructions
Some of the windows open by sliding the bottom section upward.
If the window feels stuck, gently pull the bottom part slightly inward before lifting upward to open it. Please avoid using excessive force.
Temperature Control
Heating & Hot Water
The flat is equipped with a gas boiler, which provides both heating and hot water.
The boiler is located in kitchen. The thermostat is located in the bedroom, allowing guests to easily adjust the heating temperature according to their comfort.
Hot water is supplied from the gas boiler and is available on demand. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to heat up.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
