🚘 Entering the Garage
- Drive up to the garage entrance. The gate will open automatically as you approach.
- Continue down the ramp until you reach the barrier.
- Take a parking ticket from the machine at the barrier.
- After taking your ticket, make an immediate right turn.
- Drive all the way to the end of the garage.
- The Fairview House entrance will be on your left-hand side.
You may park in any available space within the garage, but we recommend parking near the Fairview House entrance for the easiest access to the property.
🏠 Accessing the Property
Once parked, proceed to the Fairview House entrance and follow the check-in instructions provided separately.
💳 Paying for Parking
Parking is paid for when you leave the garage.
Just before reaching the exit barrier, you will see a door on the left-hand side. Inside this corridor is the payment machine where you can pay for your parking ticket before returning to your vehicle and exiting the garage.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
