Boiler Operation

Heating & Hot Water

The flat is equipped with a gas boiler that provides both heating and hot water.

The boiler is located in the kitchen, and the thermostat can be found in the living room. You can adjust the heating temperature using the thermostat to keep the flat comfortable during your stay.

Hot water is available on demand through the boiler. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to warm up.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
