Heating: Adjust the radiator thermostats to your preferred temperature (around 19°C is usually comfortable). If you need an additional plug-in heater, please let us know.

Ventilation: The bathroom extractor fan operates automatically when the bathroom light is switched on. For extra fresh air, you can also open the small window above the patio doors.

- Food Waste (Grey Bin – if provided): All food scraps and waste.
The bins are usually placed on the pavement on Tuesday evening for collection on Wednesday. If you are staying during collection day, we would appreciate your help by placing the bins out if they are full.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
