CHECK-IN
Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (GMT). Please contact the host to clarify the possibility of an early check-in. To access the property:
There is a lock box installed at the entrance of the property
Unlock the lock box with code: 1056
Take the Keys and scramble the lock box.
Enter and enjoy your stay!
Front Door
There is one key for the front black door. To open the door, turn the key to the right.
The Banham key, for the entrance to the apartment, operates both locks: the top locks for opening only, while the borrow lock is used to securely lock the door when leaving.
The flat’s entrance door needs a firm push to ensure it closes properly. Please double-check that it’s fully shut behind you.
Please set the alarm when leaving the flat by pressing the ‘closed lock’ symbol. Then close the door and lock the bottom lock. The alarm will beep for 20 seconds—no need to wait. Just make sure to also close the main front door of the building behind you.
In case the alarm sounds, you’ll find the alarm box (cream-coloured) in the basement, to the right of the sink. Open the lid and enter the code 2059 to turn it off. Please treat this information as confidential.

Garden
Garden 🌿
- 🪑 The two chairs and table are covered. Feel free to remove the covers and enjoy the seating area, but please replace the covers when you’re finished to help protect the furniture. Thank you!
- 💧 There’s a water hose located in the side passage on the left-hand side of the garden. To use it, turn the water valve anticlockwise and switch the control lever on. When finished, turn the valve clockwise and return the lever to its original position.
- 🌱 If there has been little or no rain during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you could water the garden plants using the hose provided.
- 🚪 Please be gentle when using the garden sliding doors. Due to weather conditions, the lock can occasionally be a little temperamental. To lock the door, close it gently, lift the handle upwards, and then turn the key or lock mechanism. Avoid forcing the handle or door, as this may prevent the lock from working properly.

Rubbish Disposal
“`html
Rubbish 🗑️
- 🍽️ There is a pull-out rubbish bin drawer in the kitchen next to the fridge. Black bin bags, recycling bags, and green food-waste bags are stored on the shelf above.
- ♻️ Recycling should be placed in the recycling bags provided. Please note that recycling bags must be left outside the bins for collection, as they will not be collected if placed inside a bin. Be sure to tie the bags securely, especially in wet or windy weather.
- 🥬 Food waste should be placed in the small grey food-waste bin by the glass door using the green compostable bags provided.
- 🏡 At the front garden entrance, you’ll find the bin storage area. The second porch next to the black entrance door belongs to this flat and contains the general waste and food-waste bins.
- 🗑️ General household rubbish should be placed in the large black bins. When the kitchen bin is full, please tie the bag securely and dispose of it in one of these bins.
- ⚠️ When the indoor food-waste bin is full, please seal the green bag and place it in the larger grey food-waste bin outside.
- 🗓️ Rubbish collection takes place very early on Friday mornings. To avoid missing collection, please place the bins and tied recycling bags outside on Thursday evening.
- 🙏 Thank you for helping us keep the property tidy and ensuring waste is collected correctly.
