Heating & Hot Water

The boiler and thermostat are located in the kitchen. The boiler switch is positioned next to the boiler on the left-hand side.

Heating can be controlled using the thermostat. Guests can easily adjust the temperature according to their comfort. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, we recommend setting the thermostat between 20–22°C.

Hot water is supplied directly from the gas boiler and is available on demand. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to heat up.

The apartment is equipped with a Coway Airmega air purifier by Coway to help maintain clean and fresh indoor air.

The air purifier removes dust, allergens, and other airborne particles, improving overall air quality inside the apartment.

How to Use:

  • Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.
  • You can select Auto Mode, which automatically adjusts the fan speed based on air quality.
  • For quieter operation, especially at night, use Sleep Mode.
  • Please keep the air vents unobstructed for optimal performance.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact the host in advance. Where available, late check-out is charged at £30 per additional hour, with 1:00 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before departing, please return the key to the designated Keynest location as instructed. A fee of £100 will apply if the key is not returned correctly.
