Please use all 3 locks on the front door when leaving the property. There is an additional bolt on the inside, should you wish to use it.
There is a monitored Verisure alarm system in place and we ask that it is always used when you are not in the property. The alarm pin code is 9874.

Back door Please lock the back door when not at home. There is also an alarm sensor fitted.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact the host in advance. Where available, late check-out is charged at £30 per additional hour, with 1:00 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before departing, please return the key to the designated Keynest location as instructed. A fee of £100 will apply if the key is not returned correctly.
