Please communicate your estimated arrival time in advance, as the cleaner will be there to meet you and hand over the keys.

Late Arrivals / Key Collection
If you are arriving late, please collect the keys from the designated store via Keynest using the instructions provided.

Find your key in the Keynest store. You should come there first to pick up your key, and then come back to the house. Attendant will provide the key, when a 6-digit code is given. This 6-digit code will be provided to you via separate message, one day prior your arrival

If you experience problems with opening and closing washer door, please adhere to the video below. YOU NEED TO WIGGLE THE HANDLE, SO THE LOCK COMES EASIER
At times, you may notice a sewage odor from the master bathroom toilet.

To keep things fresh, we’ve placed toilet smell tablets in the bathroom cabinet.

How to use:

  • Simply place one tablet in the toilet overnight.

  • By morning, the odor will be gone.

This is a tried-and-true solution for these flats, and it works effectively.

Air Bed

For bookings of more than 4 persons the Air Bed will be provided.

1. To inflate it turn switch to Inflate. Takes approximately 3 minutes.

2. To deflate it turn switch to deflate. Takes approximately 3 minutes.

Drain unclogging

for the guests 2 Drain UnBlockers will be placed in 803 Beechmore House

1. Pour Product in Blocked Drain
2. Wait 5 minutes
3. Run Drain with Boiling Water
Guest will have a much better experience if they dispose of their garbage rather than let it accumulate in Apartment
* Garbage Disposal is on Floor B1
* Access to Floor B1 is from the nearest lift to the Apartments (Go left & left from Apartment). You do NOT need access card to use this lift
* On Exit at Floor B1 go left & after approx 20 yards there is BIN STORE on right side
Perhaps you need to remind guests with specific instructions on garbage disposal
It reduces the experience if there is accumulated garbage in the Apartment

Sky Lounge & Roof Garden

Beechmore House Resident’s Sky Lounge & Roof Garden are open from Friday February 17th 2023.
Sky Lounge is on 14th & 15th floor
Roof Garden is on 16th floor
You simply need to go to those floors using your lift access cards
 
VERY IMPORTANT:
 If asked, you should simply state you are friends of Rafi Khan owner of 803 Beechmore House & currently living there
Sky Lounge has:
– Bar Area with Bar which may open daily
– Private Cinema (used through booking with Concierge)
– Meeting Room / Area
– Family Gathering Area
– Kitchen / Coffee Area
– Work Area
Roof Garden provides scenic walk area with Panoramic views of neighbourhood.
 
GYM
Guests can use the gym for free. If anyone asks who he/she is simply say Rafi’s friend or guest. 
No payment is needed but will need to go through gym induction before using.

If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Please return the key back to the store, where you picked it from, after you leave
