Boiler is located in the kitchen. DO NOT adjust anything on the boiler by yourself. Only use the thermostats (in the hallway) to adjust the temperature.
If there is problem with heating or hot water, make sure the switch under the boiler is on. The temperature can be adjusted on the thermostat on the hallway wall

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
