Please ensure that all appliances are switched off after use and after cleaning.
Before leaving the property, kindly double-check that devices such as the washing machine, oven, hob, iron, and other electrical items are turned off.
This helps prevent damage, reduces energy usage, and keeps the property safe.
🔧 Heating & Housekeeping Notes (Aegon House)

Thermostats in the kitchen and bathroom must never be turned off, as they control the underfloor heating.

Guests: Please avoid leaving the heating on high temperatures while away. Before leaving the property, set thermostats to 22°C.

Cleaners: Ensure thermostats are set to 22°C on checkout and verify that all appliances are in working order.

Please check and confirm the inventory after every stay, and report any missing or damaged items immediately for resolution.
🚫🪟 Important: Do Not Open the Bedroom Window
The bedroom window has a broken mechanism and must remain closed at all times.
Opening it may cause it to get stuck or remain open, resulting in cold drafts and requiring a handyman visit to close it again.
For your comfort and safety, please do not attempt to open this window.
If you notice it has been opened or is not closing properly, contact us immediately so we can assist.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
