Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (GMT). Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of an early check-in. To access the property:

Pick up your keys from the lockbox, located next to the entrance (Shown on the picture below). Lockbox code is 4398.

Don’t forget to scramble the lockbox numbers, whenever leaving lockbox unattended

ON-SITE PARKING:

1 CAR ONLY is permitted to park directly in front of the building at number 16. The parking spot is on the driveway and is part of the property.

DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY OR PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBOR’S PROPERTY (NUMBER 17).

VEHICLES, INCLUDING VANS, THAT VIOLATE THIS RULE WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.

YOU WILL INCUR A £500 FINE.

Parking for any additional cars is available near Ruskin Park, just across from the pub.

If there is no power/lighting in all flat or partially, please check if all the switches are switched on. Fuse box is located in a hallway upboard
Switches for kitchen appliances are located along the kitchen wall, vidoe shows how to switch kitchen appliances ON, before cooking
Stove use video IMPORTANT: Fan is on top in the kitchen stove is a cooking fan - there is switch, connected to it. The other is connected to the light of the bathroom downstairs, please turn it OFF when YOU finish as it’s really loud for next door neighbour.

Rubbish disposal

2 big bins are situated outside: 

Blue  – for recycling (paper- cardboard -thick plastic=” alluminium” -glass ) 

Green  – Non recycling general waste

Please be very accurate with rubbish. Do not leave it outside of the bins as the foxes will damage the bags. Please respect neighbors and don’t leave trash on their area. If you brake this rule, penalty will be applied.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
