The lockbox is located on the upper left side of the apartment door frame.

  • Enter the lockbox code: 2008.

Collect the keys from the lockbox, then securely close it and scramble the code afterward.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (Dubai Time) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of 300AED per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
