Heating & Hot Water

The apartment is heated by a gas boiler, which also provides hot water.

  • The boiler is located in the kitchen.

  • The heating thermostat is also located in the kitchen, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your comfort.

Hot water is available on demand. Simply turn on the hot water tap and wait a few moments for the water to heat up.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
