This is a flat with shared walls and neighbours living above and on both sides, so noise travels easily.

The property has a residential (non-commercial) hot water system.
If multiple guests take long showers at the same time, the hot water may run out.

If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
