There is central heating, but the flat also has an electric heater that can be used during the cold season. Additionally, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom and a towel rail , which is also connected to the central heating. The underfloor heating works even during the summer. There is no thermostat. The radiator can be controlled by the valve

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
