To respect the neighbourhood and avoid pest problems or fines, please follow these bin guidelines carefully.
Bin Location:
- Rubbish bins are on the right hand side of the front garden as you look at the house
Collection Day:
- Bin collection is every Tuesday morning around 6AM
- Please put all bins out on Monday evening (the night before collection)
‼️ Recycling:
- Recycling includes paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, tins, cans, and glass bottles
- All recyclable items must be placed in ORANGE recycling bags and left in the Kelter-style garden box at the front of the garden, or next to (but not inside) the refuse bins.
- Do NOT use other bags or place recycling loose in the bin
‼️ General Waste:
- Use BLACK bin bags only for general waste
- Securely tie black bags and place them inside the BLACK bins
- Do NOT leave black bags on the ground/garden — local foxes tear them open, creating a mess

CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
