This estate uses ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) and parking is strictly enforced by UK Car Park Management (CPM).

Please follow these steps to avoid receiving a parking fine:

1. Vehicle Registration (Required in Advance)

  • All vehicles must be registered online a few days before arrival.

  • Registration is completed through the CPM permit portal:
    https://epermits.cpm-permits.co.uk/

  • A copy of the vehicle V5 or insurance document may be required to verify the vehicle.

  • E-Permits are free.

2. Where to Park

  • Assigned Bays: Vehicles must be parked fully within the designated bay linked to the permit.

  • No Stopping: Do not stop or park outside marked bays, even temporarily.

3. Visitors

  • A Flexible Resident Permit can be used for visitor vehicles.

  • Visitor vehicle details can be added or updated through the online portal.

⚠️ Important – Parking Charges

  • Failure to register a vehicle or parking incorrectly may result in a £100 parking charge.

  • This is reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.

  • Appeals must be submitted online at www.cpmappeals.co.uk.

First, pick up your keys from the lockbox, it is attached to the guard rail, on the building’s side, a few steps away from the building’s entrance (See photos below)

Take the keys and scramble the lockbox numbers

Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues with the Wi-Fi, please try to restart router OFF and then back ON.

Living room TV. Smart TV channels are available.
Turn the sound bar after switching the TV on with flicking channels. On/off remote button doesn’t work! To turn the tub off , Do it in the TV itself!
Switches for large kitchen appliances are located along the kitchen wall
Fusebox is in the living room, IN case of an outage, make sure all fuses are back ON

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
