Please be extra careful to keep noise down in the corridor coming in and out at and to please shut the door quietly – these neighbours have young children who have been woken up.

Due to the saniflow system you can only use the special toilet paper provided. Please do not put any other toilet paper or anything else down the toilet as it will break the system and then we’ll need to charge for it to be fixed.

Please leave the master ensuite bathroom light on when you’re out or leave the property so the fan runs to help ventilation.

Toilet paper is always awailable under the sink cabinet, please use ONLY THIS KIND OF PAPER FOR FLUSHING

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the SAME LOCKBOX WHERE YOU PICKED IT FROM, Please always jumble the numbers after you leave, there will be a fine 100GBP if cleaning company member will find lockbox NOT JUMBLED
