Heating & Hot Water

The boiler is located in the kitchen. The boiler switch is positioned next to the boiler on the left-hand side.

Heating can be controlled using the thermostat. The thermostat is located in the hallway on the wall. Guests can easily adjust the temperature according to their comfort.

Hot water is supplied directly from the gas boiler and is available on demand. Simply turn on the hot water tap and allow a few moments for the water to heat up

The apartment is equipped with a gas boiler, which provides both heating and hot water.

The towel rail in the bathroom linked to the boiler and heating system functions just like the other radiators in the flat. These rails turn on and off with the heating

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact the host in advance. Where available, late check-out is charged at £30 per additional hour, with 1:00 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before departing, please return the key to the designated Keynest location as instructed. A fee of £100 will apply if the key is not returned correctly.
