Electric boiler is in the cupboard in the front of kitchen, one of switches should always be ON for having hot water
There is floor heating, thermostat is in the living room
Fuse box is in the cupboard near flat exit
all bathrooms have two switches on the wall in the entrance, upper is for ventilation, lower is for heating radiators in the bathroom
These are switches (which are looks like for light) in the kitchen , there are for Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, so it’s better to keep them always ON

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
