The washing machine is in a cupboard at the entrance to the bathroom.
We recommend using setting 5 and there is a drying rack under the bed.
Backyard area
Garden
there are cushions for the garden furniture in the coffee table draws. Please remember
to bring them in at night and when you leave the flat, and please also lock the patio door.
We ask that you respect our quiet community and keep noise levels to a minimum at night.

Rubbish Disposal
There are two bins in the property, one is for general waste and the other is for recycling.
The rubbish collection day is Wednesday morning before 07:30am.
There are spare bin bags for both recycling and general waste under the sink.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
