FIRE ALARM INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Fire alarm instructions

Do not block the beam detector adjacent each door - if the beam is blocked an alarm will sound

In case of the fire, it will open up windows to relieve the smoke out. You need manually to press the button (orange box from the instructions) to close all windows back.

Intruder Alarm

The property is equipped with an intruder alarm for your security.

Please watch the instruction video below before using the alarm. If the alarm is armed when you arrive, follow the steps in the video to disarm it.

Please set intruder alarm, when leaving the building (Panel is on the kitchen wall). Upon leaving please make sure, that all windows and front door are closed. Alarm code is 1313. In the event of false activation please call Secom 03448003986 to deactivate
