Hallway Items:
Building management has requested that no items be left in the hallways, this includes rubbish bags, linens, deliveries, or cleaning supplies. The main reasons are fire safety, keeping communal areas tidy, and avoiding any complaints from neighbours. Please ensure that linens and any rubbish are never placed outside the flat door.
 
Deliveries:
Please don’t arrange deliveries directly to the flat. All parcels must go through the concierge, and only registered residents are permitted to receive them. As our guests are short-term visitors, this can lead to confusion or missed deliveries. To avoid any issues, please remind guests not to have items sent to the flat directly. There are plenty of nearby alternatives, including several collection points and an Amazon Fresh hub just two minutes’ walk from the building.
 
Cooling System:

We’ve been informed that the building’s cooling system is currently experiencing issues affecting this flat and others. Please do not change the cooling system settings via the temperature control panel or turn on the heating. If you’d like, I can provide a portable cooling unit—please let me know if you need one.

From my experience, the flat stays comfortable even in summer, so this shouldn’t be a major concern.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the where you picked it from, PLEASE BRING THE KEYS BACK TO THE SAME STORE, where you taen them from
