Find your key in the Keynest store. You should come there first to pick up your key, and then come back to the house. Attendent will provide the key, when a 6-digit code is given. This 6-digit code will be provided to you via separate message, one day prior your arrival

  • Guests must not touch, move, or consume any of the items in the freezer.

Router keys
Living room TV with remote. Just wait a few minutes and then push the “Home” or “House” symbol and then you can access all the apps and TV programs. You are welcome to either log in to your own streaming platforms or use mine. Generally, it is only Netflix that won’t connect sometimes- it recognizes that I am back in NZ and invokes the “not part of your household” rule!!

Oven start video. If needed, the best setting is the fan forced one at the “ 3 o’clock” position.
Dishwasher use video. Turn on, then push “P” I have found P5 for everyday stuff and P4 for heavily soiled works well.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Please return the key back to the store, where you picked it from, after you leave
