Here are some notes and rules to follow:

• If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact me and I’ll happily arrange it for you.
• Extra linen and towels are available for £30 per set (charged by our linen provider). Just let us know if you’d like to request any during your stay.
• Please try not to move any furniture. If you do, kindly return it to its original position before checkout.
• Please don’t leave the flat unlocked or go out without your keys. Lost or damaged keys may incur a replacement fee.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, additional cleaning charges may apply.
• I respect my neighbors, so please don’t be too loud. No noise or loud music after 9pm.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties are not allowed. If one is detected, additional fees may apply to cover extra cleaning or damages.
• If you experience any issues with WiFi, such as low speed or poor signal, please try to reset the router, it should resolve the issue. If it doesn’t help, please contact me and I will be able to help you.
• Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited.

I might ask you to vacate the property if you breach these rules.

• Bathroom and Kitchen cleaning
• Dusting
• Vacuuming and Mopping floors
• Collecting rubbish and Emptying waste bins
