Temperature Control
🔥 Heating & Hot Water
The boiler is located in a separate cupboard and provides both the heating and hot water for the property.
Each room is fitted with a radiator, and you can adjust the temperature in individual rooms using the radiator control (thermostatic valve).
Please avoid changing any settings on the boiler unless instructed by the host, as it is already set to provide comfortable heating and hot water.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET.
