To help the washer dryer operate efficiently during hot weather, please leave the washing machine door slightly open while the drying cycle is running.

In some flats, the door may come close to the nearby mirror, so please take care when leaving it open.

Keeping the door slightly open allows hot air to circulate, helping to prevent the appliance from overheating and protecting its heating system.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
