Both the Wi-Fi router and the thermostat are powered from a four-way extension cord connected to the plug located under the desk.

➡️ Please do NOT switch off or unplug this socket.
If it is turned off, the Wi-Fi and thermostat will not work.

This applies to guests and cleaners — the plug must remain ON at all times.

Shower Use – Keeping the Bathroom Floor Dry
Our shower is working fine, but sometimes water can escape if the curtain isn’t positioned correctly. To keep the bathroom comfortable for you:

  • Please make sure the shower curtain is tucked inside the bath before you start your shower.

  • For extra protection, you can place a hand towel to the left of the bath tap (between the tap and the wall).

This simple step will help keep the floor dry and safe for you to use.

Importnat Note

For additional comfort, a mattress topper for the sofa bed is available in the closet for guest use. Guests are welcome to use it during their stay if desired.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Main heating works only during the night, there is a portable heater which can be used during the day

Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues with the Wi-Fi, please try to restart router OFF, and ON.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Please return the key back to the store, where you picked it from, after you leave
