 Boiler is in the hallway in a cupboard.

Works simultaneously for hot water Heating – thermostat press arrow up to a desirable temperature. 

To turn off press arrow down to 15 degrees.

 Heating(black radiators)works from combi boiler (provides heat and hot water).
 
White radiator in the bathroom is electric, the radiators don’t need to be ‘plugged in’, as it is central heating. 

Each radiator has a TRV with the grades from 0-5( to adjust the heat flow from off,min to max) and it is operated from the thermostat in the living room.

This hob is high-tech, with built-in hood Hob - induction hob comes with an integrated extractor hood - to operate it press On/off button, The On/off indicator light will be on, the cooker hood will work at the first speed by default, and digital tube will display "I"; Or, the cooker hood will work at the speed it works last time, and digital tube will display corresponding speed level. "+"/"-" button: The cooker hood has three operating speeds, low, medium and high. Press "+" button in standby mode, cooker hood will work at low speed, every touching of "+" button will make 1 speed increase, till the highest speed. Keep pressing "" button when the cooker hood is in use, the speed will decrease one level till no speed will turn off.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
