Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (Dubai time). You will be provided a password that opens a flat door, that is 999999. The rest of the path from building entrance, through the lobby and elevator area is seamless and does not require any codes, passwords, or cards. Follow the pictures assembly to find your flat through the building maze. PARKING INSTRUCTION: take slot numbered G-35 (On the picture)

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of 300AED per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
