There are no keys for big windows. For safety reasons, these windows don’t unlock. Only the kitchen and bathroom windows can be opened.

To turn on the heating and hot water find the combi boiler in the kitchen and turn it ON. 

After it’s done, turn on all the radiators in the flat using radiator valves.

To get hot water running, please turn the controller to the “Reset” position, hold it for 10 seconds, and then turn it to the “Tap” sign
If the boiler shows error, try repressuring it, as shown on the video

Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues with the Wi-Fi, please try to restart router OFF and then back ON.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
