Heating & Hot Water
The house is equipped with a gas boiler that provides both heating and hot water. The boiler is located in the loft and is not accessible to guests.
The thermostat is located in the master bedroom, and guests can use it to adjust the heating to a comfortable temperature.
The hot water tank is located in the bathroom cupboard.
Heating and hot water can be controlled using the thermostat, allowing guests to easily adjust the temperature as needed.

Drainage PumpThe house uses a drainage pump system for the toilet and shower. The pump switch is located on the wall in the living room and must remain switched ON at all times to ensure proper drainage.Please do not turn this switch off, as it may prevent water from draining from the toilet or shower
