First, pick up your keys from the lockbox. Lockbox is attached to the wall, between gate and main entrances.
Open the lockbox with the code 3006 (Please try to push down the black button a little harder)
Take the key and scramble the lockbox numbers

Heating & Hot water
- Heating is run on a timer that is programmable using the timing panel on the wall straight ahead of you when you enter the flat (to the left of the kitchen door).
- The boiler/water heater/central heating system is located in the cupboard on the left hand side when you enter the flat.
- The hot water tank is filled overnight and should provide enough water for the whole day.
- If the hot water runs out, there is a boost button on the boiler to provide some additional hot water for around 1 hour. Note it takes around … for the boost to heat the water.

Television
Our TV is equipped with a Roku smart TV box, which means you can watch both Netflix and Disney Plus for free using our accounts. Both Netflix and Disney Plus are already logged into.

To use the TV:

Turn it on by hitting the red button on the top right of the Samsung remote control.

The Roku home screen should automatically load.a. If the Roku screen does not load, not make sure the TV is set to HDMI-1 by hitting the “Source” button on the Samsung remote control.

On the Roku home screen, you can use the Roku remote control to select which entertainment provider (e.g. Netflix) you want to use.

If you have other accounts you want to use (e.g. Prime Video) feel free to log in, but please don’t forget to log out before you leave.

Coffee Machine tutorial
There is a Magimix coffee machine which you can use with Nespresso capsules (we’ve provided some for you in a glass jar).
To use the machine:

Fill the clear reservoir at the back with water.

Turn the power on at the wall
-
Pull up the black handle at the front to open the slot for the coffee capsule/pod
-
Place the coffee capsule/pod in the slot and push the black handle down until the slot is closed
-
Put your mug under the spout
-
On the top of the machine, hit the left button for a short coffee (small cup) or the right button a long coffee (big cup). Note: sometimes you need to hit the button twice.

To make another cup, pull up the handle again and the coffee capsule/pod will fall out of the slot so you can put another one in.
Washing & Drying
The soap capsules are in the top cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink.
For drying clothes, there is a clothes airer/rack in the cupboard on the left hand side when you enter the flat

Rubbish Disposal
Garbage is collected every Thursday from the downstairs bin room.
The large bin on the right hand side in the bin room is for cardboard and paper only. The large bins on the left are for general rubbish
The bin room is located downstairs on the left hand side, just after you enter the outside grey gate (opposite the entrance to the bicycle room).
The bin room requires a key to unlock it. The key is located on a hook in the cupboard on the left hand side as soon as you enter the flat.
The lock to the bin room is sometimes a bit sticky, so make sure you wiggle the key and pull the door towards you.
You need to use both hands (one to turn the key and one to pull the door)

CHECK-OUT
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.
Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
