The Flat Door has smart lock installed. Most of the facilities in the building requires access card. it can be found on the coffee table.

Smart Lock door operation:
Tap the smart lock to show the keypad and type the code: 611611 then press #, you will hear verification succeeded and door knob is unlock.

Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues with the Wi-Fi, please contact your host.

Gas stove operation: Make sure to turn on cooker ignition switch located near the dining table and gas is on. To operate, push and turn the knob
Troubleshooting if no flame on the stove or gas is not working: Turn on the emergency switch Check the gas meter pin, to reset pull the pin and gas will work.
Oven operation : Turn on the Switch of ingnition cooker, located near the dining table, then push and turn the oven knob right upper flame.
Microwave operation
Washing machine with Dryer is located between the sink and stove covered with the kitchen cupboard
Washing Machine Operation: To wash make sure to turn on the switch . choose preferred wash time and then press the play button for 3 to 5 secs to start.
Washing Machine Operation: To Dry make sure to turn on the WM switch . choose preferred heat (low or high) & dry selection and then press the play button to start.
AA batteries 8 pcs to power smart lock
Owners stuff not for guests , if guest need extra linen call for assistance
for emergency purposes, key hole is covered. Key is with owner, need to coordinate in case of unable to open by smart lock code

balcony door operation: To open the balcony door: please lift the handle upwards fully to unlock the mechanism. Once the handle is lifted, gently slide the door sideways along the track to open it. To close the balcony door: Slide the door back to the closed position make sure it’s completely touching the other end, then push the handle down to lock it securely. Please avoid forcing the handle or the door and ensure it moves smoothly along the track.
