Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (GMT). Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of an early check-in. To access the property:

Your key is located at the Budgens store, at the ground floor of the building. You need to come there first to retrieve your key, ask the cashier for the key to flat number 54, and mention that your key is in the lockbox. They will give you the lockbox. Take it with you and use the password to retrieve the key.

Store working hours are

Mon – Fri : 07:00 – 23:00
Sat : 08:00 – 23:00
Sun : 09:00 – 23:00

Dont forget to bring the keys back to the store when you leave

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Don’t forget to lock the keysafe back by twisting the internal pin clockwise, and bring the keys back to the store when you leave.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
