If you arrive by car and do not yet have an access card, you can call 100 to gain entry at the reception

CHECK-IN

Check-in is available anytime after 3 PM (Dubai Time). To access the property:

Enter the building and register at the reception

Locate flat 2503 on the 25th floor and the lockbox located right by the door

Unlock the lockbox using the code 5230 and retrieve the keys

Close the lockbox back up and scramble the numbers

Enter the flat and enjoy your stay!

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (Dubai Time) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of 300AED per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any forgotten or lost items, and we cannot guarantee their retrieval.
