🪟 Acoustic Secondary Window Instructions

This property is fitted with acoustic secondary glazing to reduce outside noise. Please handle it with extra care, as the glass is very expensive.

How to open the window:

  • Only the middle window opens.

  • Simply slide the middle panel upward to open it.

  • The side panels are fixed and should not be moved.

  • The right-hand panel is hinged inward, but must remain closed unless specifically instructed otherwise by the owner.

Please be careful when operating the window to avoid damage to the acoustic glass.

To ensure you have a peaceful stay, earplugs are provided for guest use.
You can find them inside the bedside drawers.

These are offered as a preventative measure in case of occasional street noise while the owner works on upgrading the windows.

Check-out must be completed by 11 AM (GMT) to allow sufficient time for cleaning and to prepare for the next guests. Please contact the host to clarfiy the possibility of a late check-out. If available, a late check-out incurs a fee of £30 per additional hour, with 1 PM being the latest possible check-out time.

Before leaving, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure the numbers are scrambled afterward. A FEE OF 100GBP WILL APPLY IF THE COMBINATION IS NOT RESET
